About The Author

Before Vanessa was even born, she was going to quilt shops with her mother. As children, she and her brothers were surrounded full of shelves of quilting fabric and the constant whir of her mother's Bernina. Is it any wonder she became a quilting addict as a teenager? In 2010 Vanessa launched a pattern company, Lella Boutique, and has published dozens of quilt and sewing patterns to date. Vanessa also began the joyful experience of designing fabric for Moda Fabrics in 2013. Vanessa currently lives in southern Utah with her 2 children.

My Review

I love this book and am chomping at the bit to get cutting.
My stash is calling me to get going, and I have ideas of which fabrics to use. There is one pattern offered that will help me make an Honor Fight Quilt, yes, this was a year both flights were cancelled, but hopefully we will, my guild and I, will be making 90+ quilts for both fights next year.
I can also see there are some quick patterns to use to make some baby quilts that seem to pop up occasionally and you need to get them done yesterday!
Once you turn the cover of this exciting pattern book, you will be drooling and planning on all the fun projects you will be completing. I'm in lock down most of the time, and this is summoning me to get going!
I received this book through Edelweiss and C&T Publishing , and was not required to give a positive review.
