Supporting Books Banned Books Week ~ $10 Amazon Gift Card

While not all books appeal to me as I'm sure the same for you, I do feel that we should be able to choose what we want to read. I've included a link to a list of some of the books that someone feels should be banned! Because of this I have joined BookHounds in supporting books, I'm offering a $10 Amazon Gift Card, so you can choose your own book. Just Fill out the attached Rafflecopter, and Good Luck!

  2. I've read a few on the list and actually have a rather beat up copy of Little Black Sambo that my mom had when she was younger. I'm surprised to see Kite Runner on the list--it's on the suggested reading for school. I think this is my pick. dhammelef(at)yahoo(dot)com

  16. Because I will give the book to a local library, I'd have to check what their need would be. There's a book about a Afghan girl school that is on several banned lists and that sounds interesting to me.
