About The Author

My Review:

This is a must have book for all parents. Each child, as we all know, is different. This book is a good reminder of the ways we show our Children "Love". It is not the same for each Child in the family. There are some really good examples shown in the book, and it is a good reminder.
Sometimes we try so hard to be doing the right things and we fail to understand that we need to do things differently. I recommend reading this book for some great insights, and applying them in real life!

  2. I have read some of Dr. Chapman's Love Languages work. It is really good work and it does help to know how we love and how our children love. It helps so much in understanding how to communicate effectively. I remember my Dad telling us that it took practice and mistakes for him to learn that all 7 of us girls were different and what he had learned in his growing up did not work in parenting us. He had to learn each one of us, and how to relate with us. That is what I learned, in essence, from Dr. Chapman's work. Great post and giveaway.
