My Review
This is a story of second chances and more than one, but it is also a story a story of seasoned citizens finding happiness and a companion.
What starts out as an innocent bet, get grumpy Christian to smile and I'll wash the copper vats, and it is not a fun job at the popcorn shop, all that sticky sugar!
How could anything go wrong, surely outgoing Hattie can get a quick smile, and so a journey of lunches, ice cream, and of course whoopie pies.
I loved this page turner, and be aware this one will make you hungry, there is a lot to do with food, and maybe a few laugh out loud moments, along with some sweet romance!
I really enjoyed the epilogue!
