My Review

Having read many of the author's Amish books, I was excited to see this cookbook made for healthier eating.

I am often looking for ways to reduce the sugar out of our diet, and add more fiber. I was also excited to find recipes using the super foods, and this book gives me a lot of different ways to incorporate them into our diet.

This little book lays flat as I use it, it is 9 x 6", and won't leave you guessing as to where to find things. Love that there is and index by ingredients, and another by topic.

Do you like me wish you had a recipe for cleaning or homemade remedies? Look no further, all at your hand here. From Allergies to Organic Weed Killer, and believe it or not I need both!

Tidbit: Fresh Pineapple is good for a cough or cold, and can ease the pain of arthritis!

You won't be disappointed to have this one to refer to, a great add for you or friends!

I received this book through Barbour Publishing, and was not required to give a positive review.
