My Review

 

 

This book is a quick read, I was able to finish it in one sitting, and was quickly pulled into the story.
The story will pull on your heart stings, and there are prayers here, but will they be answered?
The author gives us a bit of different ways a couples looses each other, but the pain is still there. We are also given two hurting individuals, each with their own baggage, and hurts.
Come along and read this page-turner for answers and surprises as they unfold.

My Review

Delightful, that is the word I would us to tell you about this book! It quickly became a page turner that you will be absorbed into, and smiling!
Yes, as we follow Beatrix on her travels, and job, yes job! What an eye opener for this young woman. Then the author gives us a mother coddled, brilliant Norman, and he doesn't realize what has actually shot him in the chest, and that is tongue in cheek!
This is the end of the series and I adore how the author brought back the characters from the previous books, they make cameos here! This book can be read alone, but as I said it is so good and uplifting of your spirit, you don't want to miss it!

My Review

We are back at the Bird-In-Hand Market, and back with some characters, that now feel like friends. We are updated and with Christina and Jeffery, and they are also with us in this read, but the focus here is cousin Salina, and her roller coaster of emotions!
Salina Petersheim has a love of gardening and has turned it into her job, she grows wonderful vegetables, and soon catches the eye of a Mennonite restauranteur whom ends up buying her out each day she is at the market.
The author has us standing with Salina as she tries to fall in love with the boyfriend her  parents want her to marry, but they sure seem to have a platonic relationship. Will these people be hurt? Will they end up marrying the wrong individual to please others? Answers are forthcoming!
This book quickly became a page turner that I never wanted to end, and yet, I need the answers.
I'm hoping for another visit here!

My Review

I enjoyed being back with the "8", and we meet one who envied those who were members, but her life as a child was in shambles. Some guessed that things were not good for Kendra and her siblings, but really didn't know the extent.
Now pulling her self up by her bootstraps, this young woman has returned to her hometown and is opening her own business. We meet agin these folks that are always there for one another, we now see them embracing Kendra, and the author gives us so much more.
There are so many emotions here, and some are so very hard, there are tears, and smiles, guilt and forgiveness, but there is also "love", in all forms.
I hate to see this series end, I want to continue with this group and move on with them in their lives, and do I see a wedding here, yes, but there are also some new babies on the way!

My Review

I love being back on Three Sister Island, and picking up where we left off in the first book! The author starts this read off with a bang, well sort of, can you imagine the person who tormented you during your youth parachuting onto the Island? Better yet, he is the new minister! This is basically what happens to Maddie, and now she will work in the same building, an office at the church, and see him all the time. Has Rick O'Shea changed? Rather a chucking picture, especially when we learn what he did to torment her from kindergarten on.
Now, remember Seth and Cam? We are waiting for a wedding, rather impatiently, and Blaine is dealing with her palate, and something worse, and we hope she will have it resolved! Dad, is still working to improve his dream, and dealing with an infatuated duck, as well as Peg, and keeping the Grayson family together!
I can't wait for the next book in this series, books to definitely get lost in!

My Review

Talk about a book that pulls you in and doesn't let go to the end! This one will have you quickly looking for answers, and will they all unfold?
One story line quickly became another, and then another, and on, more like real life!
When I think of it, we have survivors here, from what? Life, and all that goes with it, and most you really won't see coming, most you would not imagine, and yet, the secrets started to fall.
Through it all, there is a love of God, that is so strong and yet we are all sinners, but they never loose their faith!
There is a sense of loss with the last page turning, but, there are going to be more, I just don't know which of the survivors story we will see, so stay tuned!

My Review

I knew when I saw who wrote this book that it would be great, and it was, I was just wanting more when the last page was turned, but, there is a teaser at the end, and now I can't wait.
We are kept on our toes thought out this read, and you will wonder if all will survive at the end. Yes, there are some tragic deaths here, and they are senseless, and I kept changing my mind as to whom was the evil one? I was sure I knew, and then something would happen to change my mind.
There are some real bombshells dropped, and there is a bit of sweet romance, but there again I kept changing my mind on whom our girl should end up with!
You won't be disappointed with this one, and you will be quickly page turning for answers!
