Full of faith, hope, and romance, this new series takes you into the Heart of Amish country.
LeEtta Miller brazenly accepts a dare from her friends. What harm is there in kissing a handsome stranger she’ll never see again? Unfortunately, the incident was witnessed and when her father learns her good virtues are marred, he wills her to marry.
Benuel Ropp wanted a family, but not this way. He was trying to regain some of what he tarnished by coming to Cherry Grove, not to get married to a stranger. Well, if Laura thought he’d flinch and let her boldness add another stain to his name, she was mistaken. He had forgiveness to earn and a name to restore, and if he had to make sacrifices to do it, so did she.
Who kissed who first, he can’t even remember anymore.

My Review
This is such a different Amish story, feasible? Yes! I could see this happening, but the author does a great job of putting this story together and weaving a page turner.
Attraction, yes, but marriage? Jealousy, and being young, but doing something that changed peoples lives, that is how it started, but how it ends, well we journey for answers, and live with some interesting people.
I love the visiting aunt, Oneida, what a joy she is, and she sure tells it like it is.
A birthright, an only child, and a marriage in name only.
Answers come, but along with more danger! Just when you thing things will never change, there are answers, keep page turning!
I received this book through Net Galley and the Publisher Barbour, and was not required to give a positive review.
