Chocolate-Covered Crime by Cynthia Hickey

Summer Meadows' chocolate candy business is booming in Spring, Arkansas, and she becomes overwhelmed with her own April Fool's Day wedding plans. But then her cousin/wedding planner is found murdered and more mysteries keep occurring at family parties. Can Summer resist the urge to investigate when she and her dysfunctional relatives are dipped into a plot of unrequited love, internet scam, and jilted hearts? Could the murderer be related to her and have Summer targeted next? Will her fiance' support her sleuthing antics, or is another suspect with something to hide?

Sweet romantic murder mystery...kind of sums it up. This is the third book in the series, but you don't need to have read the other two to read this one! There are some references to past murders-crimes!
The story revolves around the central character Summer is engaged to Ethan and planning their April Fools Day Wedding.

The story begins with Summer bringing her best friend April and her Aunt Eunice to her Cousin Mae Belle's Wedding Planning Store. Now life can't be that simple, especially around Summer a bonafide wannabe detective.
Cousin Mae Belle turns up murdered and that sets Summer off on a new crime solving adventure!

I love the Christian values put forth in this book! What a wonderful man Summer has in Ethan! Her cousin Joe is a Policeman and is engaged to April, Ethan's Sister. Then there are her wonderful Aunt Eunice and Uncle Roy.
The book is a very quick read, but you won't be able to put it down until you know who did it!
